How I Build
Updated April 12, 2026Every product starts as an idea scored on three axes: itch (do I feel the pain?), speed (can I ship today?), and charge (will someone pay?). If it passes, I build and launch same-day using Claude Code with parallel agent lanes, automated deployment to Vercel, and a maintenance system that monitors every live app around the clock.
The entire pipeline — from idea capture to live product with Stripe billing — is orchestrated by Life Engine, an open source OS I built and run daily. No team. No meetings. Just one person, a lot of automation, and a refusal to stop shipping.
